California 2005 History-Social Science Textbook Adoption
California Parents for the Equalization of Educational Material (CAPEEM) filed a lawsuit in Federal Court. CAPEEM filed the lawsuit in March 2006, soon after the CA SBE decided to accept the recommendations of the five member SBE committee.
